Every plan now includes a monthly allowance of AI usage that powers Atmos chat and the AI summaries on your pull requests and workflow runs. When a busy month runs you past that allowance, you no longer hit a wall or have to change plans — you buy credits and keep going.
Your included allowance is spent first and resets at the start of each month, so light months cost you nothing extra. Purchased credits only come into play once the included allowance is used up, and unlike the monthly allowance they don't expire — they sit in your balance until you spend them. Credits change how much AI you can use, not which models you get; model tiers stay tied to your plan.
AI Credits
Credits extend usage volume. Model tiers are controlled by your plan.
4,200 available · 2,500 purchased · 3,300 used this month
How it works
Open Settings → Billing → AI Credits to see your balance broken into available, included-left, and purchased-left, alongside your usage for the month. Pick a pack and check out through Stripe:
- Lite — 1,000 credits for $10
- Flex — 10,000 credits for $100
- Scale — 25,000 credits for $250
- Max — 100,000 credits for $1,000
Turn on auto-refill if you'd rather not think about it: choose a pack and a threshold, and Atmos Pro buys that pack automatically whenever your available balance drops below the threshold. A monthly spend cap keeps it from ever running away.
The same card shows where your credits go — usage by day, a breakdown by feature and model tier, and a ledger that links every charge back to the chat session, PR comment, or workflow run that incurred it. See AI Credits for the details.
